To be allowed to enter, set up and stay at the Village, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. They are obliged to ensure the proper maintenance and good order, along with compliance with the application of these interior regulations. Staying at Naturéo, Avenue des Tucs at SEIGNOSSE, implies acceptance of the conditions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them.
Any person intending to stay at least one night at the Village must, in advance, give the manager or his representative their identity documents and fill out the formalities required by the police. No minor not accompanied by their parents is permitted to stay at the Village.
Low season: 7 days a week from 9 am to 7 pm (till 6 pm in November, December, February). In mid season: from 9 am to 9 pm, High season: from 9am till 9 pm Saturday and Sunday from 8am till 11 pm.
At reception, you will find all the information about services, information about the possibilities for getting supplies, the sports installations, the tourist Opportunities nearby and various addresses that may be useful. A complaints book or a special box for complaints is available for users. Complaints will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as complete as possible and refer to relatively recent events.
Charges are to be paid at reception. Their amounts are displayed on a sign at the campsite entrance and at the reception office. They are due for each night spent at Naturéo. The users intending to leave before the opening time of the reception office must, the day before, pay their charges and return loaned items.
Users are absolutely required to avoid any noise or discussion that might annoy their neighbours. Consequently, any sound equipment must not be too loud. The closing of doors and boots must be as quiet as possible. Total silence is required between 11pm and 7am.
After being authorised by the manager or his representative, visitors are permitted under the responsibility of their hosts. Visitors’ vehicles are not permitted in Naturéo, neither is swimming pool access.
Within Naturéo, vehicles must be driven at a speed limited to 10 km/h (6 MPH). Circulation is forbidden between midnight and 7am. Only vehicles belonging to people
Staying in the village may circulate within the village. Only one vehicle is permitted per lodging. Parking, strictly forbidden on empty pitches, must not hinder the circulation, nor prevent new arrivals from setting up.
Everybody is required to abstain from any action that might damage the cleanliness, hygiene or appearance of the site. It is forbidden to throw polluted water on the ground or into the drains. Household waste, waste of all types and papers must be placed in the rubbish bins. Everybody is required to abstain from any action that might damage the cleanliness, hygiene or appearance of the installations, particularly the sanitary facilities. Washing of clothes is strictly forbidden except in the sinks provided for this purpose. The plantings and floral decorations must be respected. Any damage caused to the vegetation, fences or the site will be at the author’s expense.
No violent or annoying game should be organized near the installations The meeting room cannot be
used for energetic games. Children must always be under their parents’ supervision.
In the case where a resident disturbs others’ holidays or does not comply with the dispositions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may verbally, or in writing if they judge it necessary, warn these people to cease the troubling activity. In The case of serious or repeated infractions of the interior regulations and after being warned by the management to comply, the contract may be cancelled. In the case of a legal infraction, the manager may request the assistance of the police.
Groups of more than 10 people are only allowed to stay after prior approval of the manager or his representative.
Animals are not permitted in mobile homes or light leisure habitations used for rental. The elementary hygiene and tranquility rules of the site must be complied with.
The gate and automatic barriers will be closed from midnight to 7am.
For the comfort and safety of each, it is forbidden to smoke in the rental.
Dryers should be installed near the rear of the dwellings and not on the terraces. It is forbidden to extend the linen between the trees and to install a tent on the plot. Vehicles are parked in designated places.
Final cleaning is at your charge. Habitat, accessories, dishes and location must be left clean on the day of departure. Otherwise, after an inventory a cleaning fee will be charged according to the rate in force.
Use of the pool is strictly reserved to residents of Naturéo. On arrival, you will be given a bracelet for all people declared on the contract. of rental. Wearing this bracelet is obligatory in the Village and for access to the pool. Visitors are not authorized to use the pool. Entry to the pool is not permitted to minors unaccompanied their parents. Lycra trunks or swimming shorts are compulsory.
Any complaint can be made by letter hand-delivered to the person in charge or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 days after the end of the stay.
Naturéo offers family-oriented stays, it therefore reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is not in accordance with this principle or that hinders it.
This is valid for 7 days. After this time, it will be automatically cancelled. It leads to the establishment of a rental contract. Rentals are allocated in a random manner, in accordance with the elements entered in the rental contract. If you indicate, when subscribing, a preference (pitch, exposure, etc.), we will do all we can to satisfy you as long as we have availability, but this additional service does not constitute a contractual guarantee. The non-satisfaction of a preference will not under any circumstances constitute a reason for cancellation or any request for reimbursement or compensation. You will be asked for the definitive number of people to be subscribed and their ages. Any extra may be either refused or be the subject of an additional charge.
This confirms your rental and will be deducted from the cost of your stay. It represents 25% of the cost of the stay including all taxes and 100%of the reservation fee. It must be received within 7 days of your subscription.
Booking fees are 20 € from 04 th of july to 28th of august. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will be retained by Natureo and will not be reimbursed in any way.
The rental does does become effective after approval by us and reception of the signed contract, accompanied by your deposit (in the case of a cheque not being honoured, the rental will be cancelled without notice). A confirmation of the stay is then sent to you specifying the balance to be paid and the due date for payment. However, if the time between your request for rental and your holiday does not allow us to send you your contract, you will then be considered to have accepted all of the indications appearing in our general sales conditions and our internal regulations. We remind you that a lodging intended for a fixed number of occupants may not in any case be inhabited by a greater number of people. The reservation is nominative and cannot be ceded or sub-let.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the planned arrival date or before 15th of June.
NOTE: After this time, if we have not received payment of the balance, we could consider your rental as cancelled and could attempt to resell the corresponding services. In addition, the sums paid will be retained as a penalty for breaking of the contract. In the case of subscription less than 30 days before the planned arrival date, or after 15th of June, the entire stay and reservation fees must be paid on subscription. You will be given an invoice.
On the arrival day, the rental lodgings are available from 4pm. On the departure day, they must be left perfectly clean and free before 11am. Arrivals and departures must be during the opening hours of reception. In the case of arrival or departure outside of these hours, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the manager. In the case of a late arrival, reception may not be able to welcome you. In no case may the Village be held responsible or make any reimbursement of fees of any kind (hotel nights, supplements, etc.).
The rental lodgings will be kept available for 48 hours. In the absence of a written message from you during this time, we will cancel your rental. The entire payment for services remains due.
In the case of departure after 11am, a fee corresponding to an extra day could be charged. No reduction will be given in the case of a late arrival or early departure. Any change in the stay must be the subject of a written request. It will be accepted subject to availability and will result in additional reservation fees of €20. If the change made involves a change in the cost of the stay, it will be the subject of a letter that the customer must return signed as soon as possible to validate the new reservation. Any extension of the stay can only be made within the framework of a prior agreement and will be invoiced according to the fare in force. For any changes in the dates of the stay, the same pitch cannot be guaranteed.
For any rental stay, the payment of a security deposit of €250 for the rental and its equipment will be required at reception on arrival. A cleaning fee of €100 or €150 depending of the accommodation you rent will be required if the cleanliness of the lodging is unsatisfactory. This deposit will be returned to you after your departure after inspection of the rental and its equipment, with a deduction for any cleaning costs, the value of missing or damaged equipment or repair costs. The renter is required to perform an inspection and to inform us of any anomaly within 24h after the arrival day. Retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the case where the costs are higher than the deposit amount.
We offer optional cancellation insurance in your rental agreement. The conditions can be found on our website. It represents a 3,5 % cost of the stay excluding city tax.
In case you should delay your arrival or cancel your stay, please notify us as soon as possible and in writing.
In case of cancellation, you will be detained or you will remain on duty as compensation for breach of contract:
An amount equal to 25% of the full cost of the stay, if you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the stay
An amount equal to 100% of the full cost of the stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the stay or after 15th of June.
In case of cancellation by Naturéo, you will get the refund of all the sums paid to the exclusion of any damage and interest. In case of cancellation imposed by a situation of force majeure or for the safety of the customers, we will do our best to propose a modification of your stay. You will have 72 hours to accept the changes or give up your stay. In case of renunciation, the reimbursement of the sums paid is not foreseen.
The user must be insured for his civil liability and that of his family. He is responsible for his installation and equipment. In case of loss, theft, degradation of personal effects or damage caused by force majeure (storm, flood, fall of tree, ...) the responsibility of Naturéo can not be engaged. We advise you to contact your insurance company to obtain an extension of your personal guarantees (holiday insurance) if necessary.
In the event of printing errors or omissions in the edition of our brochure, we reserve the right to rectify any material error that may have crept into this document.
