We enjoyed our stay at Natreo very much. The site is in a unique location and despite the number of homes it is mostly quiet and not too crowded. Our home had everything we needed and staff was always very helpful and friendly. In summary: a very pleasant experience. It was the second time we visited.

We loved the stay, but the cabane afrique was really noisy in nights with wind (the wood cracked a lot). Also, on friday night there was a party gling on at la Peña for long, so we couldn‘t sleep.

Natureo was a great and very positive experience, it really exceeded our expectations. Location is great, near to all surf beaches and centrally located between Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton and on good driving distance with Bayonne, Biarritz, Bordeaux and St. Jean de Luz. Prices are high but you do get value for money. We had our best bungalow (Premium) ever (#193). Clean, spacious, very well equipped, and looked as new. Location of the bungalow was also top with a car parking space next to the bungalow. AIRCO is a bit weak though, no power. Camp site is really compact, all facilities on close walking distance. Restaurant (top quality !) and Bar are truly the icing on the cake, really nice to enjoy some time in the evening. Swimming pool was disappointing. The dress code simply does not make any sense ! The pool itself was small and not offering any special features. Reception was very friendly and supportive, thank you ! Also the communication since reservation in January, with COVID19 issues, was really professional. STRONGLY RECOMMEND, we will be back !! Nice stay. To few non french guests made it difficult for kids to make friends.
Corona measures were implemented in a good way.
Poor quality rental bikes and service (2 of 7 broke needed repair) No repair pickup service.
Great place, good and friendly staff, clean and nice houses.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. To be improved: there was no chance to get a place at the surf school but surfing was one of the reasons for us to come to natureo. There also were no rental bikes available. The restaurant staff wasn´t friendly when non-French didn´t have mobile access and couldn´t see the QR- menue card (there were no physical menue cards due to corona safety) Finally we had to ask other guests from France to see into their mobile phone. If corona-safety is that important, give free internet access to people who are not in the french mobile net. At the same time the restaurant stuff wasn´t wearing their masks correctly. The staff friendliness in the shop was equally poor. I am not sure why people had to sign into the activities at this particular time on a Sunday evening as no one checked any lists of attendence. I stood for an hour with no chance of social distancing. The second week I passed the signing and just went to the yoga class without a problem. The Yoga classes however were well instructed.
