Booking Conditions

The Village offers family-oriented holidays, therefore, it reserves the right to refuse any reservation that goes against this principle or that would divert it.

The rental option (possible until 15/06)

It is valid for 7 days. After this period, it will be automatically cancelled. A rental contract is drawn up for this option. Rentals are randomly assigned, corresponding to the elements provided in the rental contract. If you indicate a wish (location, exposure, etc.) during your registration, we will do our best to satisfy you within the limit of our availability, but this additional service does not constitute a contractual guarantee. The non-fulfillment of a wish cannot in any case be a reason for cancellation or a pretext for any request for reimbursement or compensation. You will be asked for the final number of people to register and their age. Any excess may be refused or subject to an additional charge. 

The deposit

It confirms your rental and will be deducted from the amount of the stay. It represents 25% of the total price of the stay including all taxes and 100% of the booking fee. It must be received within 7 days of your registration.

Booking fee

Each advance booking incurs a booking fee of €10 from 22/06 to 14/07 and €20 from 15/07 to 31/08. In all cases of cancellation, the booking fee is retained by Naturéo and will not be refunded.

The rental of the stay

The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of the signed contract, accompanied by your deposit (in case of unpaid cheque the rental is cancelled without notice).

A confirmation of your stay is then sent to you, specifying the remaining balance to be paid and its deadline for payment. However, if the time between your booking request and your stay does not allow us to send you your contract, you will be deemed to have accepted all the indications in our general terms and conditions of sale and our internal rules. We remind you that accommodation planned for a specific number of occupants cannot be inhabited by a larger number of people under any circumstances. The reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet.

Terms of payment

Payment of the balance

The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the planned date of arrival and before 15/06.

ATTENTION: After this deadline, if we have not received the payment of the balance, we will consider your rental as cancelled and we will put the corresponding services back on sale. In addition, the sums paid will be retained as a compensation for the breach of contract. In the event of registration less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date or after 15/06, the full amount of the stay and booking fee must be paid upon registration.

Arrival and departure times

On the day of arrival, the rental accommodation is available from 4 pm. On the day of departure, it must be left in a clean and tidy condition and vacated before 11 am, according to the appointment made on the day of your arrival at the reception. Arrivals and departures must be made during the opening hours of reception. In the event of arrival or departure outside these hours, it is the responsibility of the guests to find out about the arrangements and to inform the manager. In case of late arrival, the reception may not be able to accommodate you. In no case can the Village be held responsible, nor can it reimburse any expenses of any kind (hotel nights, meals, supplements, etc.). 

Modification of the stay by the client

In case of delay on the day of arrival

The rental accommodation remains at your disposal for 48 hours. In the absence of a written message from you within this period, we will cancel your rental. The full payment for the services is still required.

In case of late departure

In the event of departure after 11 am, you will be charged for an extra day. No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure. Any modification of the stay must be requested in writing. It will be accepted within the limits of availability and will result in the payment of administrative fees of 20€.  If the modification involves a change in the cost of the stay, a letter will be sent to the client which must be signed and returned to us as soon as possible to validate the new reservation. Any extension of the stay can only be made with prior agreement and will be charged based on the current tariff. For all modifications of the dates of stay, the same location cannot be guaranteed. Once on site, any request to change the mobile home will be charged 100€.


For all rental stays, a deposit of 500€ for the rental and its equipment will be requested at the reception desk upon arrival. A cleaning fee of 100€ will be requested if the state of cleanliness of the accommodation is not satisfactory on your departure. This deposit will be returned to you on your departure after inspection of the accommodation and its equipment, after deduction of any cleaning costs, the value of any missing or damaged equipment or the cost of replacing it. The tenant is required to carry out an inventory of fixtures and to report any anomaly on the day of arrival. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.

Cancellation policy

An external provider offers optional cancellation insurance. The conditions are listed on our website. In case of cancellation, the holidaymaker must contact the insurer directly. The Village cannot take care of the procedures in any case. This represents a cost of 3% of the total cost of the stay, excluding tourist tax. If you have not subscribed to cancellation insurance: In case you have to delay your arrival or cancel your stay, please notify us as soon as possible and in writing. In the event of cancellation, you will be charged or still owe as a breach of contract fee: 25% of the full cost of the holiday and the booking fee, if you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the holiday. An amount equal to 100% of the full cost of the holiday, if you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the holiday or after 15/06. 

Modification or interruption due to the Village

In the event of cancellation due to the Village, you will receive a refund of the full amount paid, excluding any damages and interest. In case of cancellation imposed by a situation of force majeure or for the safety of our clients, we will do our best to offer a modification of your stay. You will have 72 hours to accept the modifications or cancel the stay. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be provided for the amounts paid.


The user must be insured for his/her and his/her family's civil liability. He/she is responsible for his/her installation and equipment. In case of loss, theft, damage to personal effects or damage caused by force majeure (storm, flood, falling tree, etc.), the Village cannot be held responsible.
